GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introductory provisions
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the legal relations between HYKEMONT spol. s ro and its business partners (hereinafter referred to as "customer").

3. Subject of activity
The company HYKEMONT spol. s ro deals mainly with:

  • production of steel structures

  • processing of metal materials

  • production of container systems

  • custom production according to client requirements

4. Conclusion of the contract
The contractual relationship between HYKEMONT and the customer arises:

  • by confirming the order

  • by signing the contract

  • by written or e-mail agreement

5. Price and payment terms
The price for the delivered products or services is determined individually based on the price quote.
Payment is in progress:

  • based on the invoice issued

  • by bank transfer

  • within the agreed maturity dates

The company may request an advance payment before production begins.
6. Delivery terms
The delivery date is determined individually according to the scope of the order.
HYKEMONT is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • force majeure

  • insufficient documentation from the customer

  • unforeseen circumstances in production

7. Liability for defects
The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately after receiving them.
Any defects must be reported without undue delay.
The company is liable for defects to the extent stipulated by applicable legislation.
8. Complaints
Complaints can be made:

  • in writing

  • by email

Each complaint will be assessed individually and resolved within a reasonable time.
9. Protection of personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by the document
"Privacy Policy", which is available on the company's website.
10. Final provisions
HYKEMONT spol. s ro reserves the right to change these GTC.
These terms and conditions come into force on the date of their publication on the website.
